Steady Invoice Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Steady Invoice collects account information such as email address and password credentials, invoice draft content, invoice history, client details, usage counts, plan status, and payment status entries you choose to save.

Billing Information

Pro upgrades use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details. Steady Invoice stores Stripe customer or subscription identifiers when needed to confirm Pro access, but does not store card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use account and invoice information to provide the service, save drafts, count Free invoices, activate Pro features, support customer requests, maintain security, and improve the reliability of the app.

Data Storage

This release stores app data in the configured server data directory. Hosted deployments should use persistent storage or a database-backed data layer before scaling beyond one server instance.

Your Choices

You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Some records may need to be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
